Default add records to calling list

Hi
We are working with PDS 4.0.
The customer is interesting to add a new records (while campaign is running) using third party program. How it can be done?

I have the same case.. is there any solution to add new or update existing records to the calling list without stopping the job?

Default infinite job / infinite list

What you are trying to do is called infinite list with infinite job - and yes the Avaya dialer can do this -

We have a problem to download records automaticly to thr dialer.

you will want to use the infinite job functionality. you will need to configure your jobs, lists, selections for this.
