Smile How do I convert partner mode back to IPO mode?

In our labs I changed the IPO to Partner mode for observation only. I’ve logged in and can make changes for example add a speed dial.

However when attempting to subsequently "change mode", then select ok., provide the default account and password, select ‘ok’.
Fails with the following error "Insufficient Rights".

If I attempt to erase the configuration, it does not help.

If I create an off-line config (with “partner configuration” disabled/unticked):
Select ok.
Create an off-line configuration:
Send the config to the IPO, responds with Access denied (however I could add a speed dial in partner mode, just to prove access).

According to docs, I should just be able to change partner mode back to IPO mode.

Anyone any ideas please?

The only way to chaneg the mode, is to insert the appropriate SD card.

I resolved it by formatting the SD card, and recreating the SD card using IPO Manager, plus I had to reset security settings. I don't recommend anyone does a "change mode" as changing IPO mode to partner mode seems easy, however changing back is not easy (unlike the documentation which suggests otherwise). Plus I gather partner mode is only supported in the USA.

You can do this by DTE too

AT
at-debug

Then there is an option for setting the partner mode on or off.
