Hello,
For certain internal calls one cannot hear the other party, even though calls to other internal extensions and external numbers work fine. I believe that the issue only affects internal calls where both parties have Avaya softphone software on the laptop. I've one-X ver.5.2 installed, when I try to make a call from one station to another I'm getting (statistic -> audio Statistics -> Voip traffic Information): Station A: Traffic: Receiving and Transmitting Station B: Traffic: Transmitting (only!) Result: one-way communications. Anyone knows what can cause this type of problem? See attached. Cheers |

Are both endpoints on the same subnet? If not then this is probably some sort of routing issue from point b not being able to route back the RTP stream to point A.

Did you resolve this? we are having the same issue. It also happens with inbound calls from mobiles.

Our issue was resolved due to a duplicate entry in the routing table. Hope it helps.
